Our IICRC Certified team uses industry standards and techniques such as extraction, thermal imaging, containment, and high-technology equipment to thoroughly mitigate the affected area.
Fire Damage
A quick response is crucial after a fire and having an IICRC Certified Restoration partner is just as important to guarantee proper temporary board up, fencing, electrical repairs, removal of burned areas, soda blasting/soot removal, and property deodorization among the many other services required to fully mitigate an affected area.
Contents Pack-out, Cleaning, and Storage
The physical contents inside a property can become obstacles when trying to access affected areas following a disaster. Often, contents can become damaged or soiled and contribute to the affected area. In such situations, our trained technicians will carefully inventory, pack out, clean, and store all items off-site, if needed, until project completion.
Environmental Services
Giuliani is equipped and EPA-certified to inspect and coordinate testing for mold, asbestos, and lead. Post-testing, reports provided by our trusted network of partners guide our trained and certified team to perform mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and lead abatement necessary to prevent hazardous conditions while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.
Biohazard Cleanup
Our trained Project Managers inspect for services necessary for biohazard cleanup, whether it be sewage backups, excessive collections, or trauma/crime scenes. While preventing cross-contamination, our certified Steri-Safe technicians safely remove and dispose of contaminated materials in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Antimicrobial treatments, ozone machines, air scrubbers, and other industry-standard treatments are utilized to disinfect, sanitize, and deodorize contaminated areas.
